Nuggets is an app that only stores data locally. 
The app uses internet connectivity to 
a) display maps
b) eventually store export files (csv, json, pdf) on your mobile or connected storage service, if you choose to do so 
c) eventually send error reports via email (if an error occurs and if you agree to do so)
